Once a traditional working farm, Merricote has been sympathetically converted to provide 8 superb cottages, each one with individual character, including a detached, four-bedroom bungalow.

Merricote is situated in 8 acres of rural Yorkshire, 3 miles from York City centre, providing a great place to relax and explore the surrounding area.

Each of the cottages has been furnished and individually decorated to a high standard with meticulous attention to detail.
